Sujit Choudhry asks Spain not to attack it’s own people part 2

Despite Mr.Puigdemont’s good intentions the fact of the matter is that while the majority of Catalonia’s people would like to secede from Spain there is still a rather large minority that doesn’t want the secession to happen. As to be expected there are many who doubt the success of the secession and others plainly stand against the vote altogether.

As a direct result of October’s mishaps the law scholars, including Sujit Choudhry, have come to the conclusion that Prime Minister of Spain, Rajoy, is not in favor of Catalonia’s independence and is actually attempting to undermine the core belief system of the European Union by repressing its own people and attempting to have a voice about the goings on in Spain and Catalonia.  To read his views on politically related issues, hop over to

An active educator, lawyer, and author Mr.Choudhry has a vast wealth of education and experience under his belt. He has attended Oxford and received one of the highest University honors in the world by establishing himself as a Rhodes Scholar.
